About Us
Methodology
EPIC Soccer Club is a forward-thinking club dedicated to producing players that have a strong character. We focus on 3 main aspects of character that we feel are important to become a top-level soccer player and a well-rounded human being. Our goal is to develop players that are capable, intelligent, and ambitious. EPIC's model rethinks common coaching practices and turns them on their head to help youth players achieve their potential.
Sessions
All of our sessions require that our players are constantly improving their cognitive abilities to solve problems on and off of the pitch. The physical and mental intensity of the training sessions help keep players engaged and intrinsically motivates them to be the best version of themselves.
Training Structure
We design our training sessions to get the best out of our players and help them reach their full potential, we make sure each practice has the following to ensure this:
- There is opposition (an opponent) in every training exercise
- Sessions are game-like and engaging
- Environment-based games that are competitive
- Players are held accountable in and out of training for their learning
- Access to out of practice resources to help them improve on their own
